Tricia Alcendor
Tricia Alcendor obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York University in Toronto, Ontario and her Bachelor of Law degree from University of Sheffield from the United Kingdom. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014. Tricia articled at a well-respected litigation boutique firm where she was exposed to various aspects of litigation in the construction, civil, commercial and family law contexts.
Tricia has been practicing exclusively in the area of family law since her call to the bar. Tricia’s practice spans separation, divorce, child protection, custody, access, and complex family property cases. She has advocated for her clients at all court levels including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court.
She takes pride in providing her clients with practical solutions which are always focused on strategy and settlement. Tricia is passionate about family law and is committed to providing her clients with efficient and results oriented representation.
She believes in maintaining close ties with the community and she often volunteers at food drives to feed the hungry.
Tricia is a member of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers and services as a committee member of the Woman's Law Association.
When not practicing law, Tricia enjoys times with loved ones, travelling and hiking.
