Change of Address Notice

We are excited to announce that effective December 1, 2021 we have moved our main office to our new, bright and modern North York Main Office, located at 7191 Yonge Street, Suite #411, Thornhill, ON, L3T 0C4 in the Yonge and Steeles corridor. The new main office space is currently undergoing renovations; however, we expect that the final move will be completed in January 2022.

While our office is undergoing renovations, we are solely working remotely. In the interim, all meetings will be conducted via telephone and videoconferencing only. For written communication and delivery of documents, we ask that this be done solely by email, if possible.  Faxes will not be reviewed or answered. If couriers and process servers are the only option for service, we ask that you contact the appropriate lawyer to obtain directions on how to deliver documents or packages.

For mandatory in-person meetings, we will be maintaining our Markham Office (which will move to the third floor of our current address) - at 178 Main Street, Ste. #311, Unionville, ON, L3R 2G9.  Appointments for meetings will have to be scheduled ahead of time with the appropriate lawyer or clerk and all Covid-19 protocols must be followed.

We will continue to maintain our Mississauga Office by appointment only.

We will continue to answer phone calls and emails promptly and will work to ensure that there is no interruption of service during this transition.  We look forward to continuing to serve your needs.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
